Ember Dunn
My name is Ember Dunn. I am wife to Sgt. Floyd Dunn, mother to our 2 crazy children. I graduate from Purdue University in October 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and then will be working towards my Master's for counseling. I have a background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Being a Veteran's wife I have seen first hand the struggles it is to get assistance of any kind and our mission it to help bridge that gap. Currently working to help our Veterans with a hand up (not a hand out) when other options are exhausted for them is what we strive for, no one should go without basic needs.

Shauna Olson
Hi im Shauna Olson Secretary of Valor Support Project. I have been best friends with Ember Dunn for 20+ years so when hearing about this amazing non profit her and Sgt Dunn were starting I knew i had to be part of it. I have 2 beautiful children that I adore and more than anything want them to see what it's like to give back to the community we live in. I have been in this community my whole life so helping the Veterans in our area is something that is very dear
to my heart.

Kassie Dilbeck
I enlisted in Jan 2014 with the Army national guard. In my time with the guard I attended several trainings to prep for real world situations! Watching people who barely knew eachother come together putting race, political views, and gender aside to complete a mission.
In 2016, my unit, one of several was called upon to have a presence for Trumps inauguration. This week spent in D.C was one to remember. Several groups and different agencies came together without discrimination! In 2021 I was then transferred into the reserves, newly a single mother. In 2022 I deployed to Qatar (10 months) to help with the refugees that were brought over from Afghanistan.
While on this mission I worked with many agencies both foriegn and domestic. I learned and adapted to another culture! It is with these experiences that I am proud to say I am a part of the valor support project with fellow service members, not only can I sympothize; but I can show great empathy for those that look for the commaradery outside in the civilain world.

With 12 years of military service under his belt, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by veterans and a passion for giving back. When not spending quality time with his kids or serving his country, Atley can be found indulging in his love for video games. His unique blend of military discipline and paternal love makes him an invaluable asset to the Valor Support Project.

Ashtin Christian
Ashtin Christian, wife and mom of two. I served 6 years in the Army National Guard with the 1644th Transportation Company. Being outside, crafting, baking and helping others brings me joy. My time in the army taught me resilience, putting the mission first, and brought me camaraderie at a time in my life when I needed it most. I love that there is an organization bringing the camaraderie back to local veterans and first responders while also having the mission of assisting those who have served their country.
